Sol Verde is a small, local, woman-owned business. We are passionate about sharing our experience with New Mexican food with the community. All of our chile is brought directly from New Mexico and our green chile is grown in the Hatch Valley. Check out the menu, it is made up of fresh, wholesome ingredients and offers some locally sourced meats and vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options. We are not fast food as each item served is made to order when you order.
