Sol Verde is a small, local, woman-owned business. We are passionate about sharing our experience with New Mexican food with the community. We source all our chile directly from New Mexico and our green chile is grown in Hatch. Our menu is made up of fresh, wholesome ingredients and we have vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options. We are not fast food as each item served is made to order.
